Eidco Construction Oversees Interior Renovation of Specialized Nursing Facility in Monroe, N.J.

Two-Phase Project Added State-of-the-Art Therapy Room and Created Warm Setting

MONROE TOWNSHIP, N.J. (March 15, 2012) – Eidco Construction, one of the fastest growing commercial construction management companies in the United States, today announced that it has completed a two-phase construction project at The Gardens at Monroe Healthcare and Rehabilitation, located at 189 Applegarth Road in Monroe Township, N.J.

The work completed by Eidco included the creation of a state-of-the-art physical therapy room to handle more subacute patients, as well as the outfitting of offices and a beauty parlor with three chairs, adding a Wii station and repositioning a reception area.

Fox Architectural Design of Ledgewood, N.J. drafted the interior project plans for the 136-bed skilled nursing facility, while interior designers Marybea Heyboer and Melissa Senatore of Lake Hopatcong, N.J.-based DC Designs LLC outfitted the space.

"One goal was to create an overall warm feel and welcoming setting for the patients and their family members at The Gardens at Monroe," Eidco Construction CEO Chez Eider said.
