Eidco Construction secured a 4,480-square-foot interior construction project for retailer rue21 at the Quincy Place Mall, US 34 and Quincy Avenue. Eidco was contracted by Lexington Realty International to serve as general contractor for the project that includes interior demolition, new construction of tenant space, mechanical, electrical and plumbing work and partial reclamation of larger, unleased tenant areas. Larry Vivoda and Rick Spindler, who are working with the rue21 project team, front Eidco’s team along with Mark Zolen.
