Eidco Construction Completes Pharmacy Retrofit for United RX

Portion of Former Fitness Center Converted to State-of-the-Art Pharmacy Site

CARMEL, Ind. (June 1, 2012) – Eidco Construction, one of the fastest growing general contractors in the United States, today announced the completion of a 5,000-square-foot retrofit project at 2325 Pointe Parkway in Carmel, Ind.

Serving as general contractor, Eidco converted a portion of the building, formerly a fitness center, into a state-of-the-art pharmacy facility for United RX, a full-service, independent, long-term-care pharmacy company.

"While the conversion of this site provided us with a unique challenge to meet the client's requirements for a leading-edge facility, we are pleased to announce that the project was completed on time and within budget," said Chez Eider, CEO of Eidco Construction. Architectural firm Carson Design designed the project under the direction of Eidco Senior Project Manager Larry Vivoda.

United RX provides services to over 60 facilities consisting of skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, youth homes, intermediate care facilities for the developmentally disabled and hospice.
