Eidco Construction is Awarded Retail Renovation Project for rue21 at Quincy Place Mall in Ottumwa, Iowa

Firm Establishes Solid Relationships with Retailer and Mall Management Team

OTTUMWA, IOWA. (Aug. 16, 2012) – Eidco Construction, one of the fastest growing commercial construction management companies in the United States, today announced that the firm has secured a 4,480-square-foot interior construction project for retailer rue21 at the Quincy Place Mall in Ottumwa, Iowa.

Eidco was contracted by Lexington Realty International to serve as general contractor for the project that includes:
– Complete interior demolition
– New construction of tenant space using high-end finishes and an open-structure concept
– Full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) work
– Partial reclamation of larger, unleased tenant area

Senior Project Manager Larry Vivoda and Senior Estimator Rick Spindler, who are working with the rue21 project team, front Eidco's team along with Site Superintendent Mark Zolen. Eidco recently completed a 4,700-square-foot interior fit-out for rue21 at Westgate Mall in Brainerd and Baxter, Minnesota, which is also managed by Lexington.
